Help & FAQs

Privacy

Privacy by choice, with current and future systems kept distinct.

This notice describes the Dignity Signal website and application state represented by the September 2026 next-major-update candidate. Features that are only planned or available in nonproduction testing are identified separately.

Current Production website

The current Production site is an informational MVP with a public DignityID Builder preview. Production account identity, live payments, public ordering, public scan profiles, manufacturing, fulfillment, and Premium location capability are disabled.

Builder information

The current Builder saves draft and proof information in the browser's local storage on the device being used. Builder choices can include communication preferences, optional personalization, supporter or caregiver contact information, and other context selected by the user. This device-local Builder state is not an advertising audience source and is not authorized for advertising use.

Site analytics

Dignity Signal currently loads Metricool analytics in Production to understand site use. The analytics integration is separate from the advertising architecture. Its presence does not authorize Dignity Signal to send Builder selections, account data, profile data, diagnoses, health information, caregiver information, or other sensitive user-specific information to advertising systems.

Early Access and partnership inquiries

The Early Access and Partnership forms use a mail-to handoff. The form opens the visitor's email application and the visitor chooses whether to send the message. The site does not record the request merely because the form was filled out. The current receiving addresses are purpose-specific Early Access and partnership channels. Visitors are asked not to include diagnoses, medical records, or sensitive health information.

Preview and test systems

Nonproduction Preview and staging environments can use Clerk for invited test identity, a separate nonproduction Neon database, and Stripe TEST mode for controlled checkout testing. These systems are isolated from the current Production account and commerce boundary. Test-commerce design excludes wearer personalization, caregiver details, bracelet message text, medical information, and payment credentials from the checkout snapshot.

Future planned capabilities

Dignity Signal may later add accounts, saved profiles, QR or scan destinations, caregiver or supporter access, orders, subscriptions, and other product capabilities. Those capabilities are not described here as though they are already active. Before they are activated for real customers, Dignity Signal must complete the applicable privacy, security, authorization, retention, consent, and release gates and update this notice where needed.

Advertising status

Google advertising is not active on Dignity Signal. The next-major-update architecture keeps advertising disabled by default and restricts any future advertising to specifically approved public educational pages. Builder, identity, profile, QR, scan, caregiver, health or disability, checkout, payment, order, inquiry, and other user-specific experiences remain ad-free.

Dignity Signal does not authorize diagnoses, disabilities, medical information, communication needs, caregiver information, emergency contacts, Builder personalization, account identifiers, order identifiers, or other sensitive user-specific information to be used to select personalized advertising or create advertising audiences.

Browser storage and consent

The Builder uses local browser storage for device-local save and resume. Third-party analytics or future advertising technologies may have their own browser-storage behavior. Advertising remains technically blocked until an applicable consent-management decision is integrated and the user's advertising consent state and anonymous-viewer state are positively resolved.

Future Google advertising disclosures

Google advertising is not currently active. If it is activated later, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers as part of ad serving and measurement. Before activation, Dignity Signal will apply the required consent controls and review this notice against the final AdSense configuration. Users can learn about Google's advertising controls through Google Ads Settings and how Google uses data on partner sites through Google's partner-sites notice.

Data minimization and user choice

Dignity Signal's product direction is diagnosis-optional. Users should provide only information they are comfortable sharing for the intended communication purpose. Information intended for a visible product or future shared profile should be reviewed for necessity, accuracy, and audience before it is made available.

Contact

Current public contact channels are listed on the Contact page. General questions may be sent to the verified address info@dignitysignal.com. A dedicated support/privacy mailbox has not yet been validated for publication. Do not send medical records, diagnoses, payment credentials, or other detailed sensitive information unless Dignity Signal has specifically provided an appropriate secure channel for that purpose.
