Help & FAQs

Terms

Terms for the current Dignity Signal website and Builder preview.

These terms describe the current informational and product-development experience. They do not represent currently disabled commerce, account, manufacturing, or public-profile capabilities as active services.

Website use

The website provides information about Dignity Signal, DignityID, communication-support concepts, product development, and a public Builder preview. Visitors may use the site for lawful informational and evaluation purposes.

Communication-support scope

Dignity Signal and DignityID are designed as communication support. They are not currently represented as medical devices, medical-alert services, monitoring services, emergency-response services, or substitutes for calling 911 or another appropriate emergency service. No particular responder, organization, or third party is guaranteed to notice, scan, accept, interpret, or act on a DignityID.

Builder preview

The Builder is a development preview. Product materials, manufacturing specifications, fulfillment, live QR or NFC identifiers, public scan profiles, and Premium location features remain subject to separate validation and release decisions. A design created in the Builder is not an accepted order.

Early Access and partner inquiries

Early Access and partnership forms open the visitor's email application. A request is not submitted until the visitor reviews and sends the email. Do not include diagnoses, medical records, or other sensitive health information in those messages.

Accounts, orders, and payments

Production account identity, public ordering, and live payments are currently disabled. Preview or staging demonstrations may use invited test identities and Stripe TEST mode. If real-customer accounts, ordering, subscriptions, payments, refunds, or fulfillment are activated later, the applicable customer terms and policies must be published before that activation.

User-provided information

Users are responsible for reviewing information they choose to enter or display and for having appropriate authority to provide information about another person. Dignity Signal is designed to minimize unnecessary sensitive information and does not require a diagnosis as the default basis for communication support.

Intellectual property

Dignity Signal, DignityID, site content, designs, software, and associated brand materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights except where third-party rights or open-source licenses apply.

External services

The site and nonproduction testing can rely on third-party infrastructure and service providers. Their availability and service behavior may be outside Dignity Signal's direct control. The current privacy notice describes the principal Production and Preview/test boundaries.

Operator

Dignity Signal is developed and operated by BiloxiKingHoldings, LLC.
